CEO – Simon Prytherch

Responsible for business development and strategy. Previously – Head of Development at Empire Interactive and Black Bean. Executive Producer/Studio Head at Codemasters. Developed over 40 titles and several million selling franchises including – LMA Manager, Flatout, Ford Racing, Taito Legends & Club Football. Simon is also busy away from work as a single parent and a keen runner. Health and fitness is not just part of his job, but a major part of his life.

Dev Director – Mike Montgomery

Day-to-day management of studio. MD of The Bitmap Brothers and Renegade Software before selling to Warner Bros. MD of mobile developer Tower Studios. Xenon, Speedball, Z, Chaos Engine, SBK08, Taito Legends, Ford Racing, Pipemania.

CTO – David Hunt

Technical architect – engine and tools. CTO at Empire Interactive. 15 years experience. All-round technical guru. Xbox 360 and PS3 Experience. Ghostmaster, Ford Racing Off Road, Pipemania, Double Dragon, Taito Legends.

Creative Director – Phil Marley

Heads design team. Mainstream users as well as hardcore. Large, complex projects with non-standard features (MS Train Sim). Project vision, research, documentation. Over 40 shipped titles on multiple platforms at Kuju. Microsoft Train Simulator; Eagle One; Buzz: The Sports Quiz.

Art Director – Andre van Rooijen

Andre van Rooijen joined Lightning Fish Games in October 2010 as Art Director. He began his career as a 3D Artist, and now has over 12 years industry experience, 9 of which have been as a LeadArtist/Art Director. He has held a number of key positions at Playlogic and Davilex, as well as working extensively with camera and motion based games [SP] including EyePet for Sony PS3. Andre has a broad experience across multiple art disciplines and these include the following; Characters, Vehicles, Environment, rigging & skinning, UI, animation & traditional pixel art and animation, on both PS3 & Xbox 360.

Head of Production – Nick Court

Nick Court has over 18 years industry experience plying his trade across more than 25 titles at various developers and publishers, including The Dome, MicroProse and Broadsword. Over the years, he has worked on many great games including Bob’s Bad Day; PGA European Tour Golf; Worms2; Geoff Crammond’s Grand Prix 3; the BAFTA award winning Geoff Crammond’s Grand Prix 4; and the WBAFTA award winning Dance UK to name but a few. At LFG Nick oversees the production teams whilst also keeping a close eye on tracking, planning, scheduling and budgeting.
